Click/tap a stack to activate it. When activated you'll se a little square in the top left corner of the stack.
On each stack the name, current slice (if more than one) and number of landmarks are displayed in the lower right corner.
Use the dropdown menu to change settings and manipulate stacks.
When Wiki Mode is anabled you can click on a landmark to open the wikipedia article of the landmark.

Drop down menus

stacks

Show all	Show all stacks.
Remove all	Remove all stacks.
Grid layout	Arranges stacks in a X x X grid of cells.
Position non-selected stacks left/right/center	Arranges all stacks in a group not selected to the left/right/center.
Spread ALL	Spreads out stacks in a "stairstep" fashion.
Reset ALL zoom	Resets size of all stacks.
Minimize ALL	Minimizes all stacks.
Reset stack processing	Resets brightness/contrast/inversion manipulation of selected stack.
Invert stack	Invert colors of selected stack.

Landmark Settings

Show on mouse over	Only show landmarks when hovering over a stack
Show on selected stack	Only show landmarks when a stack is selected
Landmark type	Choose how landmarks are displayed: line, label, number or the default dot mode
Landmark colors	Choose the color of landmark dots and text
Landmark font	Choose the font for landmark text
Quiz mode "find the landmark"	Locate given landmarks
Quiz mode "name the landmark"	Name given landmarks
Quiz mode "Q&A about landmark"	Q&As about given landmark
Hidden mode	Landmark text replaced by "?" and revealed upon click
Wiki mode	Popup window with wikipedia article about given structure

Before you start the systematic review:

Check patient data, review clinical information, consider prior studies, and note the sets of images available
Review the scout image
Get a global impression of the scan and check for technical adequacy

Proceed through the tentorial insicura:

Remember to:

View the brain at four windows: brain, stroke, subdural, bone
Review the coronal images (if available)
Review the sagittal images (if available)

Check patient data/clinical info/prior studies/images available

Global impression/technical adequacy
